HISTORY

There were three meetings on this project with George W. (President) Bush in 1991, during the first stage of its design, when his father was President and before he was Governor of Texas.

He and his Father agreed to support the development of this project when its design was completed, however, it did not include today’s advanced Student and Employee Technology Dissemination Programs for Industrial Development.

After he was Governor he had his Budget Director assist us in procuring Federal Funding (1998), however, the necessary Computer Technology was still not matured.

The initial concept was also analyzed by the Senate Science and Technology Committee. Al Gore was the Chairman of the committee at that time. It was well received and I was asked to be an Advisor for the Committees' Legislative Packages.

Note: During the initial stages of Design Engineering, there were Specific Objectives we worked to achieve, however, there were Known Barriers that had to be overcome.

Our First Objective, was to design the project to Raise Student Comprehension of Classroom Subject Matter, without interfering with the Teachers Classroom proceedures, which was important if we were going to gain approval by the Teachers' Unions.

The Second Objective, was to Assist Teachers in the Classrooms with Personal Tutorial Processes (for the Teachers) that Address their Specific Problem Topics, (Identified by Student Testing).

The Third Objective, was to provide a means to identify and incorporate New Advancements in Technology into Occupation Updates, (with their uses in the Workplace) that could reach Students' and Employees' at All grade Levels - in Real-time.

With the Projects' Urgency and National Security Issues, we anticipate support from the Teachers' Unions, Business and Labor and of course the Federal Government.
