STUDENT TESTING AND TUTORING FOR TEACHERS

                       ASSISTING TEACHERS'

                           IN THE CLASSROOM

As part of this Projects Tutorial Program, Students are tested each evening on previous evening Homework Subjects - taught by their Teachers that day. Student Testing is focused on the most important topics targeted by their States' Board of Education.

The results of the Student Tests are provided to the teachers with Detailed Analysis, broken down by Topic, Student and Relative Importance.

The information tells the teacher what topics the majority of the Class did not understand (in order of importance) and which student's misunderstood each topic, individually, which will assist the teacher with their teaching processes if the teacher plans to Review the previous day's Subjects at the start of class.

The teacher may then ask a student what they did not understand about a topic taught the previous day. Used in this fashion, the testing information will Open up a new Dialogue with the Students, Increasing the Students Comprehension of misunderstood topics - identified during Daily Homework Testing (the previous evening).

Since the Test Results reflect student participation in homework activities, Teachers may use this information to enforce student homework compliance.

The Student Testing Results are also included in Weekly Progress Reports generated for the Parents each week - accessed through the Internet. These reports may also include comments by their Teacher, if desired.

Note: Teachers' are Not Required to Participate in this Project. Students will receive the Testing and Tutorial Processes (with Weekly Parent Reports) at-home on their Laptop Computers. Teachers' receive their student's Tests Results, automatically.

TUTORING

FOR THE TEACHER

This program does not provide general information on how to become a better teacher. It Improves Teaching Proficiency by providing Tutoring to the Teachers on their specific Problem Topics - revealed during student testing.

Other features that will Benefit Teachers and Raise the Standard of Education to an even higher level will be released in the near future.

Note: We believe it would be Self Defeating for teachers' if they do not avail themselves to the benefits of this Project, since its many features were designed specifically to Assist Teacher's in their Classrooms. However, Students' will still receive the full Tutorial Processes with the Advanced Occupation Development Processes, when applicable.
