Today, Millions of Students living in low-income School Districts are Penalized with Sub-standard Education and Overcrowded Classrooms because their Parents are poor - while students living in affluent School Districts are provided with every advantage, including, Classroom Audio- Video Equipment and Teachers with Masters Degrees and PHDs. 

This Long-standing  Ethnic Discrimination against disadvantaged Children Suppresses their Ability  to be prepared for Meaningful  Employment  after Graduation. 

Many  affluent  school  districts  spend as much as $20,000 a year on their students; while Poor School Districts can only afford to spend $6000 a year per Student; even providing their students with Out-dated Textbooks.

In recent years, some affluent School Districts are providing their students with Personal Laptop Computers, being aware of the Advantages computer knowledge can provide their Students when they enter the workforce.
