With New Technology Doubling every Two Years, our Nations' Industrial Capacity will Deteriorate and our Economy will Falter if we fail to Modernize Education and Occupation Development and  Expedite Technology Dissemination. 

 

AEF has designed Three Development Programs, working in Concert that Address these Issues.  The Programs will Raise The Standard of Education while Advancing Industrial Development.

 

AEF is currently soliciting President Bush to attach this Projects' Pilot Program (below) to the renewal of his "No Child Left Behind" Program.  See “Project History”, previous meetings with The President during the Projecrs' Design Stage, Top of Page.

 

Fully implemented, the Development Initiatives, provide:

1. A new Industrial - Education Research and Development Platform,  accessed  through  the  Internet.
2. Laptop Computers for All Public School Students with Wireless  Internet  Access.
3. Personal Tutorial Processes to Students At Home, working on their Homework Assignments (Grade School  -  College).
4. A New Technology Dissemination Program for  Speciality  Occupations - Advancing  Industrial  Development.
5. New Occupation Scholarships with Hands-on Knowledge of New Technology used in the Workplace.
