With Students’ new ability to access Video Tutorial Processes at Home that are in sync with Classroom Activities, even before Schools interface with AEF Development Programs, a New Opportunity emerges that allows AEF to reach Millions of Students  (and  Employees)  during  its  Pilot  Program.

Under the Pilot Program, AEF will develop Tutorial Processes for Multiply Textbook Publishers focusing on English, Math and  Science  for  Grade  School  thru  College  Level. 

This will allow Millions of our Public School Students currently Owning Computers with Internet Access to utilize the AEF  Tutorial   Processes - as  Services  are  Expanded.

Not only will AEF reach Millions of Students attending Public Schools, it will also reach Millions of  Private School  Students from Grade School thru College Level; and Tens of Thousands of Home Study Students - with the Parents' or their Schools paying their  Processing  costs.  

During the Pilot Program, AEF will also be providing Tutorial Occupation Subjects for One Hundred Speciality Occupations, Focusing  on  Industries  in  Distress.  This Development Initiative will Add Thousand of Additional Occupation Subjects, Annually.

Employees' may also utilize the Tutorial Occupation Subjects, which may be accessed from their Home or Workplace.

As proposed, under the National Pilot  Program, this project will  provide Five Thousand Laptop Computers with Wireless Internet Access with designated Student Tutorial Processes, for:

Additional States may participate in the Pilot, (Federally Funded) however, they should  contact our National Office at 888 469-9323, ASAP.  Additional Cities wishing to participate in the Pilot Program  should  contact AEF  and  their  State  Governors'  Office.

When the Renewal of The Presidents' Program is approved this Fall, (with inclusion of the AEF Pilot Program) the Development Processes will be concluded with implementation in Sequential Stages.

Once fully Implemented, Nationwide, this Project Modernizes and Equalizes Education for ALL PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS, Regardless of the Financial Status of their Local School Districts  (A Long-time Dream of the Financially Disadvantaged, Minority and Disabled Communities).  See:  "Equal Opportunity", Top of Page.

As mentioned, Private Schools will  also have access for use.

Note:  AEF will be soliciting Business Participation to Supplement Federal Funding, to provide Computers with Tutorial Processes for All Students in the Pilot Cities.
